{"id":3191,"date":"2022-02-16T14:40:16","date_gmt":"2022-02-16T14:40:16","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/neoviaq.brillant.lu\/belgique-accord-sur-la-reforme-du-marche-du-travail\/"},"modified":"2022-02-16T14:40:16","modified_gmt":"2022-02-16T14:40:16","slug":"belgique-accord-sur-la-reforme-du-marche-du-travail","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/neoviaq.com\/en\/belgique-accord-sur-la-reforme-du-marche-du-travail\/","title":{"rendered":"Belgique &#8211; Accord sur la r\u00e9forme du march\u00e9 du travail"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Le 14 f\u00e9vrier 2022, un accord a \u00e9t\u00e9 conclu au sein du comit\u00e9 minist\u00e9riel restreint quant \u00e0 la r\u00e9forme du march\u00e9 du travail, et en particulier concernant la flexibilisation du travail.<\/p>\n<p>Cet accord pr\u00e9voit les mesures principales suivantes :<\/p>\n<p>semaine des 4 jours ou r\u00e9gime de travail hebdomadaire variable : moyennant accord de l\u2019employeur et du travailleur, il sera possible pour le travailleur, de r\u00e9partir la dur\u00e9e hebdomadaire de travail \u00e0 temps plein sur 4 jours par semaine ou d\u2019opter pour un r\u00e9gime de travail hebdomadaire variable (c.\u00e0.d. prester plus d\u2019heures une semaine et moins d\u2019heures la semaine suivante)<br \/>\ndroit individuel \u00e0 la formation : mise en place d\u2019un droit individuel \u00e0 la formation professionnelle pour le travailleur, \u00e0 concurrence de 3 jours en 2022, de 4 jours en 2023 et de 5 jours \u00e0 partir de 2024 ; obligation pour l\u2019employeur (sauf petites PME) d\u2019\u00e9tablir un plan de formation<br \/>\naccompagnement du travailleur licenci\u00e9 : il sera possible pour un travailleur licenci\u00e9 de d\u00e9buter le travail pour un nouvel employeur durant le pr\u00e9avis ou de convertir (partiellement) une indemnit\u00e9 de rupture en \u00ab package formation \u00bb<br \/>\ndroit \u00e0 la d\u00e9connexion : instauration d\u2019un droit pour les travailleurs de ne pas devoir r\u00e9pondre aux appels de son employeur en dehors de heures de travail<br \/>\ntravailleurs de plateformes d\u2019\u00e9conomie collaborative : l\u2019objectif est de garantir une meilleure protection aux collaborateurs des plateformes d\u2019\u00e9conomie collaborative tel que Uber, Deliveroo, etc. en mati\u00e8re de statut social, couverture en cas d\u2019accident, etc.)<br \/>\ne-commerce et travail de nuit : possibilit\u00e9 d\u2019introduire le travail entre 20 heures et minuit dans l\u2019e-commerce via une convention collective de travail<br \/>\netc.<\/p>\n<p>Les d\u00e9tails concrets et la mise en \u0153uvre pratique de ces mesures doivent encore faire l\u2019objet de textes l\u00e9gaux ou r\u00e9glementaires.<\/p>\n<p>Nous ne manquerons pas de vous tenir inform\u00e9s d\u00e8s que possible.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Le 14 f\u00e9vrier 2022, un accord a \u00e9t\u00e9 conclu au sein du comit\u00e9 minist\u00e9riel restreint quant \u00e0 la r\u00e9forme du march\u00e9 du travail, et en particulier concernant la flexibilisation du travail.
