L\u2019objectif est de freiner partiellement l\u2019\u00e9volution des co\u00fbts salariaux en 2026 et 2028.<\/p>\n<p>La mesure concerne les travailleurs dont le salaire brut d\u00e9passe 4.000 euros par mois (ou un salaire horaire de 24,29 euros pour une semaine de travail de 38 heures).<\/p>\n<p><strong>Quels travailleurs sont concern\u00e9s ?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Pour les travailleurs dont le salaire brut est inf\u00e9rieur ou \u00e9gal \u00e0 <strong>4.000 euros<\/strong>, le syst\u00e8me actuel reste inchang\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Pour les r\u00e9mun\u00e9rations sup\u00e9rieures, l\u2019indexation est plafonn\u00e9e : les premiers 2 % d\u2019indexation sont uniquement appliqu\u00e9s sur un montant maximal de 4.000 euros.<\/p>\n<p>Concr\u00e8tement :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>l\u2019indexation est limit\u00e9e \u00e0 <strong>2 % sur 4.000 euros<\/strong> ;<\/li>\n<li>l\u2019augmentation maximale est donc de <strong>80 euros brut par mois<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>La partie du salaire d\u00e9passant 4.000 euros n\u2019est pas prise en compte dans le calcul de ces premiers 2 %.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Exemple : impact sur le salaire brut<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Un travailleur gagne 5.000 euros brut par mois.<\/p>\n<p>Avec une indexation classique de 2 %, son salaire augmenterait de :\u00a05.000 euros \u00d7 2 % = 100 euros<\/p>\n<p>Avec l\u2019indexation en centimes, l\u2019augmentation est limit\u00e9e \u00e0 :\u00a04.000 euros \u00d7 2 % = 80 euros<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019employeur b\u00e9n\u00e9ficie donc initialement d\u2019une r\u00e9duction de 20 euros sur l\u2019augmentation de ses co\u00fbts salariaux. Une partie de cet avantage est toutefois compens\u00e9e par une nouvelle <strong>cotisation de mod\u00e9ration salariale<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Que se passe-t-il si l\u2019indexation d\u00e9passe 2 % ?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Lorsque l\u2019indexation est sup\u00e9rieure \u00e0 2 %, elle est r\u00e9partie en deux parties :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>les premiers 2 % sont appliqu\u00e9s sur un montant maximal de 4.000 euros ;<\/li>\n<li>la partie d\u00e9passant 2 % est appliqu\u00e9e int\u00e9gralement sur l\u2019ensemble du salaire.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Exemple :<\/p>\n<p>Un travailleur gagne 4.500 euros brut et l\u2019indexation s\u2019\u00e9l\u00e8ve \u00e0 2,5 %.<\/p>\n<p>Calcul :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>2 % sur 4.000 euros = 80 euros<\/li>\n<li>0,5 % sur 4.500 euros = 22,50 euros<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>L\u2019augmentation totale du salaire est donc de 102,50 euros.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Que se passe-t-il en cas de plusieurs indexations ?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>En cas de plusieurs indexations successives, l\u2019indexation en centimes continue \u00e0 s\u2019appliquer jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce que l\u2019effet total de la limitation atteigne <strong>2 %<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Une fois cette limite atteinte, le salaire est \u00e0 nouveau index\u00e9 selon les r\u00e8gles habituelles.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Quand l\u2019indexation en centimes s\u2019applique-t-elle ?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>L\u2019entr\u00e9e en vigueur d\u00e9pend du secteur d\u2019activit\u00e9 et du syst\u00e8me d\u2019indexation propre \u00e0 chaque commission paritaire. L\u2019indexation en centimes ne commencera donc pas au m\u00eame moment pour tous les employeurs.<\/p>\n<p>Les entreprises doivent v\u00e9rifier quand la prochaine indexation est pr\u00e9vue dans leur secteur.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Une cotisation de mod\u00e9ration salariale pour compenser l\u2019avantage<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>La r\u00e9duction des co\u00fbts salariaux r\u00e9sultant de l\u2019indexation en centimes est partiellement compens\u00e9e par une nouvelle <strong>cotisation de mod\u00e9ration salariale<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>En principe, la moiti\u00e9 de l\u2019\u00e9conomie r\u00e9alis\u00e9e doit \u00eatre revers\u00e9e \u00e0 la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 sociale (ONSS).<\/p>\n<p>Le m\u00e9canisme pr\u00e9voit plusieurs phases. Le calcul pr\u00e9cis de cette cotisation doit encore \u00eatre pr\u00e9cis\u00e9 par arr\u00eat\u00e9 royal.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Conclusion<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>L\u2019indexation en centimes introduit, \u00e0 partir de juin 2026, une adaptation temporaire du syst\u00e8me belge d\u2019indexation automatique des salaires, principalement pour les r\u00e9mun\u00e9rations \u00e9lev\u00e9es.
