Februar 2023 werden daher <strong>alle L\u00f6hne, Geh\u00e4lter und Renten ab dem 1. Februar 2023 um 2,5 % erh\u00f6ht.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Neue Gehaltsparameter:<\/p>\n<p>Gesetzlicher Mindestlohn f\u00fcr unqualifizierte Mitarbeiter:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>2.447,07 \u20ac brutto \/ Monat<\/li>\n<li>14,1449 \u20ac brutto \/ Stunde<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Gesetzlicher Mindestlohn f\u00fcr qualifizierte Mitarbeiter:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>2.936,48 \u20ac brutto \/ Monat<\/li>\n<li>16,9739 \u20ac brutto \/ Stunde<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Die Indexbindung der Geh\u00e4lter ist eine Verf\u00fcgung der \u00f6ffentlichen Ordnung, die Indexierung der Geh\u00e4lter ist daher verpflichtend.<\/p>\n<p>Die n\u00e4chste Indexierung erfolgt am 1.
