Michael Henz
Michael has been working in the field of labour law taxation and social security for over 15 years.
After completing his law studies at the University of Liège in 2003 and obtaining a Master of Laws from the University of Maastricht in European labour law and commercial law, he gained his expertise at one of Belgium’s most renowned law firms specialising in labour law.
Michael then transitioned into human resources and payroll administration, where he honed his practical and technical knowledge.
In 2015, Michael was appointed as head of the human resources department of a Belgian-Luxembourg business consulting firm.
Since 2020, Michael’s department has been operating under the name “NEOVIAQ Human Resources,” highlighting its affiliation with the NEOVIAQ business consultancy group.
Michael advises and assists a wide range of domestic and foreign clients in a clear and practical manner on all aspects of national and international employment law, both in Belgium and Luxembourg.
