The Bürgerfonds Ostbelgien, managed by the King Baudouin Foundation, aims to encourage public initiatives for a dynamic region by highlighting local strengths and projects, protecting the unique environment of this beautiful region, strengthening social commitment and improving the well-being of its residents. We support organisations and communities that share our values.

Our mission is to promote equal opportunities, diversity and solidarity. We create links between people and resources, build partnerships and help to improve quality of life to foster an inclusive society in the German-speaking Community. The Fund provides a platform where companies from the German-speaking community and private donors can connect with supported organisations and associations.

In its role as partner, Neoviaq supports the work of Bürgerfonds Ostbelgien, the numerous volunteers in the region, as well as project leaders and ongoing initiatives.
